Step 4: Digital Survey & Soil Test

A survey and soil test will be done to integrate results into the design process.

Step 5: Sharing & Approval of the Plan

Designs will be shared with you, and updates will be made based on feedback.

Step 6: Construction Commencement

Construction begins based on approved plans, and progress will be updated frequently.

Step 7: Interior Design & Schedule Maintenance

We provide assistance with interior design while managing the construction schedule.

Step 8: Work Starts & Sales Begin

We will start to sell or share the apartments, allowing you to move in at the earliest stage possible.

Step 9: Get to Know Your Neighbors

Before the handover, you'll meet your neighbors, and the community experience will begin.

Step 10: Final Inspection & Handover

After inspections and approvals, the final handover ceremony will take place.
